Review and handover

Proposal · not yet agreed by the TC

End of P4, late May or early June, after Checkpoint 3 (24–28 May).

The problem

what a coach learned about a player this year tends to stay in that coach's head, and the next coach starts from scratch. No new words in this clinic.

Around the table (20 min) X10 coaches sit with U12 coaches, U12 coaches with X14 coaches. For each team: what carried over into games this season, what is still missing, and which player needs an earlier start or a different route? This is not a ranking. Each team ends up with one page for next season's coach: what worked, what we didn't get to, and one thing to start with in August. We also talk about the summer: rest, other sports, free play. Feedback (10 min) The Technical Committee's end-of-period questions, now for the whole year: what did we mean to teach, what did players learn, what showed up in games, what stayed fun, what should continue, pause or change, and what is the shortest useful message for coaches next season?
