Under pressure: 2-on-2 with a clock
Even with little time: a good shot.
Principle
A mistake is information: recover within the same possession.
Set-up
Half court, 2-on-2. Start after a sprint from baseline to half court and back.
Rules
The attack has eight seconds. After a mistake, recover at once: keep going within the same possession, don't stop to complain.
Scoring
Good shot made = 2. Contested throw in the last second = 0. Stop = 1 for the defence.

Under pressure, does the decision or the technique break first?
