Help and recover 3-on-3
Help with your chest, recover with your feet.
Principle
Go for the ball only when the team is safe behind you.
Set-up
Half court, 3-on-3. The attack may only score from a drive or the kick-out after it.
Rules
On a drive the nearest defender helps with the chest, and recovers to their player on the kick-out. No reaching from the side; no doubling to hide weak one-on-one defence.
Scoring
Stop by the defence = 1. Score = 2 for the attack.
