Elbow 2-on-1
Cue
Go to the basket; the defender decides.
Principle
In 2-on-1 you take the ball to the basket; the defender decides lay-up or pass.
Set-up
Two lines
Rules
Pass, catch and shoot, then live attacks; last shooter becomes the next defender

How do you coach it?
Intensity, emotion and consequence. The coach protects the rules and stops play as little as possible.
