Monkey in the middle 2v2: drive and pass back
Cue
Drive when there is space; the partner stays wide.
Principle
Attacking is not selfish; passing it on without a reason is.
Set-up
2 against 2, one ball, half court.
Rules
Two attackers pass, two defenders in between. After 3 passes the ball handler may drive; the partner stays outside the arc for the pass back.
Scoring
Pass back caught outside the arc = 1, score after the drive = 2. Interception or travel = swap roles.

How do you coach it?
Player-centred: variation, questions and room to find a solution.
