1v1 on a straight line: stop, fake, jab, push
Stop low, fake with eyes and ball, jab and push in the same direction.
Principle
Shaping time and space starts with your own feet.
Set-up
Pairs, one ball, each pair on a line from sideline to sideline.
Rules
One dribble, then stop. After the stop: fake, jab step, push dribble, one dribble, stop again, until the other sideline, as straight along the line as possible. The defender stays in front and pressures without grabbing.
Scoring
Reach the other side without losing the ball or travelling = point for the attacker. Steal, travel or drifting off the line = point for the defender.

How do you coach it?
Player-centred: variation, questions and room to find a solution.
Precise correction of form is not the criterion here.
