Short-handed: 4-on-3
Who is the free player?
Principle
Offence: create, notice, punish the advantage. Defence: foresee, don't give, recover.
Set-up
Half court, four attackers against three defenders. Swap after five possessions.
Rules
The attack must find and punish the advantage. The defence must foresee it and delay until help comes: after eight seconds a fourth defender may come in.
Scoring
Score within eight seconds = 2, later = 1. Stop = 1 for the defence.
