3 players, 2 balls: hop stop catch & shoot
Hop stop in balance, power from the legs, finish long.
Principle
A good shot: caught in balance, powered from the legs, finished long, inside your range, not contested.
Set-up
Threes per basket, two balls. One player always waits at a spot without a ball.
Rules
Pass to the waiting player, who hop-stops into the catch and shoots, takes their own rebound and passes to whoever is now waiting without a ball.
Scoring
The passer calls "good shot" or "throw". Only good shots that go in count; first group to 10.

How do you coach it?
Short and precise, coach-led, at most about 10 minutes. Then back to play.
- hop stop: both feet together
- power from the legs
- finish long
Autonomy is not the criterion here.
